Deposit
Guests pay a damage deposit of €300 cash upon arrival. Damage deposit return is via bank transfer up to 7 days after check-out.
Check-In/ Late
Check-in
Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00.
Late Check-In Fee: A fee of 50 EUR will be charged for guests arriving for check-in between 22:00 and 23:00. Please note that check-in after 23:00 is not possible due to operational constraints. This policy is necessary to ensure the availability of staff during regular hours and to maintain the quality of service for all guests.

Delayed Check-Out Fee: Guests exceeding their scheduled check-out time by up to one hour will be subject to a fee of 50 EUR. We kindly request guests to adhere to the specified check-out time to accommodate subsequent bookings and provide an optimal experience for all visitors.

Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during their stay. Please report any incidents to the host immediately to resolve the issue.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly (1st floor). Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Smoking Fine up to 200 EUR will be imposed for smoking within the apartment premises.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the property. If you wish to bring a pet. Failure to comply with the no-pets policy may result in additional cleaning fees. Please respect this rule to ensure a pet-free environment for guests with allergies.
Cleanliness
Please maintain cleanliness during your stay and leave the property in a reasonably clean condition upon check-out. Excessive cleaning required may result in additional fees.
Parking
Follow any parking instructions provided by the host. If off-street parking is available, please park only in designated areas. Avoid blocking driveways or impeding access to neighboring properties.

The host and property owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests assume full responsibility for their actions and use of the property.
